The product itself is fantastic! I’ve taken it to work every day since I received it, and it’s been fun getting to have merch from one of my favorite series sitting on my desk. That being said, the real cause for praise is the seller! Customer service was phenomenal. The product originally arrived with some light damage (not the sellers fault). He immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. He was a delight to interact with. 10/10 recommend his shop/products, and I’ll be ordering again for sure.
